    Built pre-signed Amazon S3 payload support for an enterprise document generation API, unblocking 4 underwriting applications whose payloads exceeded API Gateway limits.

    • Implemented the payload workflow across AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
    • Designed least-privilege access controls across 5 environments, replacing global read/write access with granular roles and 8 new access groups.
    • Audited 200+ log statements and redacted pre-signed credentials from AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Datadog telemetry.
    • Traced missing data in migrated insurance policy templates to faulty data service overrides and deployed the fix across 5 environments.

    Led infrastructure setup for an application tracker supporting a $65 million modernization effort across 273 applications.

    • Architected the backend contract for a graph-based inventory platform, defining REST endpoints for data ingestion and UI read operations.
    • Engineered an ingestion pipeline that transforms Excel and Jira data and loads it into AWS Neptune using AWS Lambda, surfacing team assignments and application work status.
    • Gathered requirements and feedback from stakeholders across the organization, and shared progress through regular demos.

Worked with the Kafka platform team on self-service tooling and infrastructure supporting 500+ topics.

  • Designed and deployed an event-driven solution using Kafka and AWS Lambda to detect and clean up unused Kafka client applications, reducing production vendor and compute costs.
  • Extended internal tooling with REST endpoints so customers could diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues independently, reducing service desk load.
  • Maintained self-service tools and infrastructure in Go and Spring Boot.
